As part of our Multilingual School Project, on Tuesday 24th October we presented the Cambridge Certificates for our students. The aim of this event is to show them the importance of obtaining these qualifications: Movers, KET for Schools, PET for Schools, FCE and Advanced in English. We also wanted to congratulate them for their effort and hard work in preparing the exam.
For the second year in a row, Legamar School has been awarded with the title of Ambassador School of the European Union. Only 61 schools hold that title in Spain. This title has been obtained thanks to the active participation of all our school, from Infantil to Bachillerato, and it has been shown by means of a country mosaic placed at the hall of our school.
Congratulations to all the students who took the exam Certificate in Advanced English (C1) for passing this challenging and very demanding test with such great marks.
As part of the School's Bilingual Project, on Tuesday 18th April fifteen students from Bachillerato and two teachers flew to Helsinki.
As part of the School’s Bilingual Project, last Friday 21 students and two teachers from the School travelled to Ireland.
The School wants to welcome four students from abroad who will be with us for three months to improve their Spanish and get to know our culture.
As part of the School’s Bilingual Project, last week students from 1st Infantil to 2nd ESO enjoyed the theatre plays performed by the actors from Showtime.
Last week our students from 1st ESO became real chefs. In groups they designed their own restaurant, made the food, created their own menus and made decorations.
Our Halloween celebration, within our multilingual Project is so that our students can have the opportunity to get to know and enjoy this important American tradition.
With the objective of promoting the creative capacity of our students, as well as making them more culturally aware, we have started our new activity “Art through History” in Arts in 5th and 6th of Primary.
